High Pressure Diffuser (HPD)

Allows for the testing of pressurized gasses*. When connected in line (see illustration) the HPD drops input pressure to approximately ambient at the particle counter's appropriate flow rate. Excess pressure is vented through the HPD's side port.

Pressure fittings are VCR#4 (Swagelok®). Visit the Swagelok website for pressure fittings to match your system or contact Technical Support, 800-866-7889, +1 541-472-6500.

*To use gasses other than air or nitrogen, modifications to the particle counter are necessary. Please consult the factory.
